Here is my second draft for my magazine. I have inserted the text for my double page spread and made some changes and improvements to my cover and contents page.
Front Cover - You are showing an understanding of the codes and conventions we expect of a Front cover. - Please consider justifying the boxes you have on the left further left. - Some of the text that covers the image is then difficult to read - please look at this. - Could your masthead fill the top of the page by increasing its size.
Contents Page - A clear layout which is easy to follow. - Your page numbers seem to jump quite a bit from 25 onward - is that whole article taking up all those pages? - Could you try your free deftones t shirt in a different colour or with a different background? - Again please look at the images used in the content s - both have very similar backgrounds.
Double Page Spread - I think your composition on the right hand page is clear and focused well. - Your writing seems a bit too small - could you look at this? - The quote in the middle - could you have a play with this - possibly centre it all as it goes down?
